The Great Lakes Regional Award in Mentoring is designed to recognize excellence in mentorship and to support and encourage mentoring activities within the region. The award will be given to an individual who has displayed exceptional qualities and skills in serving a mentor to others within the region at a range of points within their careers. This award was established in honor of Martin Rudd in 2025 in recognition of his exemplary mentoring in multiple arenas during his time as a member of the Great Lakes Region.
